Kitchen Safety and Hygiene is a reform program that is aimed at providing inmates with cooking skills. Inmates are required to complete this program before being able to work in a Kitchen.
- Food standards are important when catering for hundreds of people at once. Inmates must complete this course before they are permitted to work in the kitchen.
Requirements[]
This reform program has the following requirements:
- Prison Labour unlocked via Bureaucracy;
- A Kitchen with a Cooker for each prisoner;
- A Cook;
- Two consecutive hours of 'Work' in the Regime.

- 2 sessions, $100 per session (total = $200)
- Session length = 2 hours
- Led by a Cook in the Kitchen
- Maximum of 5 students per session, each Prisoner requires a Cooker (max Cookers required = 5)

Recommendations[]
To make the most of the reform program paid for, it is recommended to place at least 5 Cookers in the Kitchen.
It is also recommended to maintain the needs of your inmates during the periods when the sessions are held as they are more likely to attend and then go on to pass.
