Needles are narcotic contraband which prisoners can abuse to satiate their drugs need.
This form of contraband is dangerous as it can lead to a prisoner overdosing which, if left untreated, will result in death.
Acquisition
Needles can be acquired in the following ways:
- Can be stolen from an infirmary.
- Can be stolen from an unconscious or dead doctor.
- Can be smuggled in via imports.
- Can be thrown over your prison wall and picked up by an inmate.
