Having prisoners work in your prison is a good way of integrating them into the environment while also cutting costs. Research Prison Labour, complete the necessary training and build the necessary facilities to put your prisoners to work by assigning them to the room in the deployment screen. Every room you want prisoners to work in needs a wall around it and a door. The Kitchen requires 12 tiles per worker, Laundry and Cleaning Cupboard 4 tiles per worker. 20 prisoners per room is maximum.
