Shop Front

The shop front is a required object for the shop and is used to sell shop goods. It must be built into a wall surrounding a shop and functions as the serving counter with shop staff on one side and customers on the other. The shop must be accessible from both sides.

The staff side will face into the shop room but the customer side need to be indoors too, in which case you would want a room there (for example a common room) or a corridor at least.

Minimum number of jobs to be assigned to the shop to work is the number of shop fronts plus one.

Tips[]

Don't leave a gap in the wall for the counter just build a full-length wall as usual and then add the shop front on top of it.
