The Chief is a campaign character who appears multiple times during the game's campaign storyline. He first appears in the Death Row story, the first chapter of the campaign.
His real name is never mentioned, as he is continuously referred to as 'The Chief'. His appearance here differs slightly to his standard, in-game counterpart (which can be found here).
The Chief is known to be incredibly brutish in his stance against criminal offenders and is firm in his belief that prisoners should get punishment for their crime, irrespective of any other factors, motives or reasons.
He shares a similar view on criminals and punitive measures with Mayor Calvin Heller.
